Yes, you will need to create a free Republic account and pass the Know-your-customer (KYC) and Anti-money laundering (AML) requirements before participating in the offering. If the offering is being conducted under the Reg D exemption and you are a US-based investor, you will also need to verify your accredited investor status. If you are investing as an entity, you will need to register your entity within Republic.
