What if I can't find my tokens after the distribution?

Once an offering concludes, the issuer will collect your public wallet address and distribute the token to your wallet according to their distribution schedule. When you receive your tokens, you may need to add the issuer's custom wallet address. This process may vary by wallet, so be sure to investigate the proper process for adding custom wallet addresses. 

If you don't believe you've received your token, you'll want to enter your receiving wallet address into the blockchain relevant explorer to verify the state of the contract. This can vary depending on the lock-up contracts related to the issuer's offering. You'll also want to check that you've added the token's custom address to your wallet to have the asset viewable.
