Why was my investment commitment cancelled?

Your investment commitment could have been canceled for a number of reasons. Most investment commitments are canceled because the investor did not complete a required action item, such as:

    • Identity verification,
    • Accreditation verification,
    • Entity verification,
    • Or uploading a wire receipt within the allowed timeframe after creating an investment commitment.
