How will refunds be valued if my purchase amount was correctly sent in crypto but my purchase is rejected due to KYC issues or not meeting other conditions for the purchase?

If the purchaser invests 1 BTC and the BTC is worth $1,000 as the provided conversion rate at the time of purchase, the purchaser will get a refund equal to $1,000 worth of BTC, which may equate to less or more than one BTC, depending on the conversion rate at the time of refund. Gas costs and transaction fees will also be deducted in each case (the initial investment and any refund). Pay with crypto at your own risk!
