Does Republic hold my digital assets while they are locked?

Republic does not custody digital assets on behalf of investors during lockups. Investors will self-custody tokens in a wallet after distribution, even while they are locked or vesting. Depending on the offering and the terms of your subscription, distribution, token custody, and vesting schedules may vary.
